EC Markets has added two experienced executives from rival Doo Group. Omar Qumuq joins as Managing Director, and Rohan Kumar steps in as Sales Director.

Qumuq announced his move on LinkedIn. He will lead from the broker’s Dubai office. Before this role, he headed the MENA region at Doo Group. He first joined Doo Group as MENA Sales Director, then moved up to Head of MENA. His background includes Sales Director at STARTRADER and Business Development Manager at MultiBank Group. He brings strong regional and sales leadership to EC Markets, a CFD broker focused on growth in the Middle East.

EC Markets Appoints New Sales Director 

Rohan Kumar also comes from Doo Prime, where he served as Sales Manager. He now becomes Sales Director at EC Markets. Kumar previously worked as Senior Business Development Manager at STARTRADER and Senior Account Manager at EXANTE. His track record covers institutional and retail sales, plus multi-market expansion.

These appointments highlight EC Markets’ push to strengthen its leadership bench and deepen its presence in MENA. The company has been active in hiring talent with direct experience in FX and CFDs, sales strategy, and business development.
