1. General Provisions

1.1. The organizer of this promotion is 8Tech SVG Ltd, registration number 22361 BC 2014, Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 404, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

1.2. The promotion is connected with the launch of the official SimpleFX community channel on Discord.

1.3. The promotion runs on the SimpleFX trading platform.

1.4. The promotion begins on 11 December, 13:00 UTC, and continues until the first 500 Participants are selected, but no longer than 18 December, 13:00 UTC. When the promotion ends, the Organizer will post a closure notice on the official Discord channel.

1.5. Before joining the promotion, each Participant must read these Terms & Conditions.

1.6. By taking part in the promotion, the Participant accepts all the rules in this document.

2. Definitions

1. “Organizer” means 8Tech SVG Ltd.
2. “Participant” means any person who joins the promotion and meets all the listed requirements.
3. “Prize” means a 25 USDT non-withdrawable Credit Bonus, credited to the Participant’s SimpleFX account. Profits gained from using this bonus can be withdrawn.

3. Award Conditions

3.1. The Organizer has a fixed prize pool of 500 Credit Bonuses, each with a value of 25 USDT, granted to the first 500 Participants who qualify.

3.2. To qualify for the Prize, a Participant must complete all of the steps below:

• Join the official SimpleFX Discord server.
• Register a new SimpleFX account using the landing page shared on the Discord server, or already have a SimpleFX account created via the promotional landing page.
• Create, or already hold, an active trading account in USDT currency.

3.3. The SimpleFX team will check the timing and accuracy of all submissions to select the first 500 eligible Participants.

3.4. If a Participant took part in the first stage of this promotion and qualified as one of the first 100 winners, that Participant is not eligible to receive this bonus.

4. Final Provisions & Restrictions

4.1. The Prize is credited to the Participant’s SimpleFX account in USDT, according to the account type chosen by the Participant.

4.2. If a Participant submits a wrong email address, or an email address that is not linked to any SimpleFX account, the Prize is lost and passed on to the next eligible Participant.

4.3. A Participant who wins a Prize can receive it only once in this promotion.

4.4. Each person can create only one account, which will be checked during the KYC process.

4.5. Prizes will be credited within 14 working days after the promotion ends or once all 500 winners have been confirmed, whichever comes first.

4.6. The Credit Bonus can be used for trading on the SimpleFX platform. Any profit generated from trading with the Bonus may be withdrawn by the Client. The Bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn.

4.7. The Credit Bonus is governed by the separate Credit Bonus Terms & Conditions. If a Client submits a withdrawal request before the Bonus is fully used, the entire Credit Bonus will be removed and forfeited.

4.8. The Organizer may change, pause, or cancel the promotion at any time if needed for operational, regulatory, or security reasons.
