When the bonus won’t be credited

When and where the bonus appears

The bonus is credited to the trading account under the Credit field, usually within 30 minutes after your deposit. It’s meant to support the account during drawdowns and help increase trading volume.

Maximum active bonus

The total active bonus on one account can’t be higher than:

After a bonus is removed, you can receive it again with future deposits, with no limit, as long as you follow the rules.

How partial bonus deductions work

The bonus can be reduced in part when your current funds rise above the amount recorded after the last bonus change, due to fixed or floating profit.

Account funds are calculated as:
Balance + Credit + Floating profit/loss

Partial deduction formula:
(Current account funds) - (Account funds at the time of the first active bonus crediting) - (All deposits) - (Bonus funds under the promotion)

Example

• Balance: 250 USD
• Floating profit: 50 USD
• Deposit: 1,000 USD
• Bonus credited: 1,010 USD

Account funds after crediting:
250 + 50 + 1,000 + 1,010 = 2,310 USD

If floating loss becomes 100 USD, account funds change to:
250 - 100 + 1,000 + 1,010 = 2,160 USD
The bonus stays at 1,010 USD.

Next, the losing trade is closed at -100 USD, then a later trade earns 200 USD. Account funds become:
250 - 100 + 200 + 1,000 + 1,010 = 2,360 USD

Since current funds are now higher than the earlier 2,310 USD level, the bonus is reduced by 50 USD (2,360 - 2,310).
New active bonus: 1,010 - 50 = 960 USD
The account funds return to 2,310 USD after the reduction.

If you deposit again and receive a new bonus, that deposit is included in the next calculation, and the bonus isn’t reduced by the deposit amount.

When the bonus is removed

Bonus credit may be deducted if:

• Your balance becomes negative and you have no open positions
• You request a withdrawal or transfer funds to another account
• The offer is disabled for your profile
• 30 calendar days pass from your last deposit

To keep the bonus active beyond 30 days, top up the account with any amount.

Company rights and misuse prevention

The company can change the offer terms at any time. This bonus is for trading support only. If misuse is suspected, the company may refuse to credit a bonus, remove bonus funds, or cancel profit earned using the bonus.
